Peter Pan Mini Golf

Family over for the holidays? Take them to Peter Pan Mini Golf! It’s a super fun way to spend a few hours in the Barton Springs area of downtown. You can play two courses – 36 holes – for $11. Totally worth it. The course is old, yet well maintained. There are hilarious obstacles, like a loop-de-loop and a fat armadillo (so Texas). It’s also BYOB (no glass, please)! That’s something I missed out on the first time, but you should definitely take advantage of it.

It’s in a great area of town too. There is so much to do in the Barton Springs area, like Barton Springs Pool (in the spring), the hike and bike trail around the lake including the boardwalk, the botanical garden, the Umlauf sculpture garden. Then you can take your family to a food truck at The Picnic, or enjoy some delicious mimosas at Shady Grove.
