4.0 Cellars – Wine Tasting in Fredericksburg

Earlier this spring, a few other teachers and I went to a wine tasting brunch at 4.0 Cellars in Fredericksburg. I knew it was going to be a good trip when one of the girls showed up with Tattly tattoos for us. Strong start.

We drove to 4.0 Cellars for brunch. It was a cute little place with a large tent set up for everyone to eat under. There were some horse sized dogs, art/jewelry vendors, and rocking chairs scattered around, making the day even better.

The brunch was delicious! We got a glass of wine right as we walked in. My favorite part was the biscuit bar – there were different local jams and gravy to choose from.  The atmosphere was beautiful!

After eating, we went into the tasting room. I’d never done a wine tasting before, so it was a cool experience!

After some wine, we continued our day touring Fredericksburg. For me, the tour included popcorn, ice cream, and frozen sangria. Let me tell you, that frozen sangria from Fat Ass Ranch and Winery was to die for.
