Lynny’s is a diner-style breakfast food truck is serving up some tasty (and creative!) morning meals.
We tried to get a good sampling of everything – biscuit sandwiches with fried eggs and cheese, a Dana’s sweet biscuit, toaster pancakes with peach and blueberry (their current seasonal flavor), and a biscuit parfait.
The biscuit parfait was my favorite. It’s a biscuit layered with whipped cream and house made peach compote and lemon curd. Delish! The menu changes based on season flavors and whatever they feel like cooking up that day! They also do limited time offers, like take-and-bake biscuits for Thanksgiving.
I also had to get a cartoon latte, because of course.
While breakfast is their specialty, they also do occasional “Lynny’s Late Night” menus during special events happening at the MASS Gallery, which is located right next door.
You can order ahead online (I did that, super easy, food was ready right when I expected), or you can order at the window. Check their instagram (@lynnysatx) to see if they’ve got anything special cooking that day, like biscuits and gravy or fun lemonades.
