Food, Drinks, and Entertainment at Fieldhouse

Cedar Park strikes again!

The Crossover is a massive 200,000+ square foot sports and wellness complex that just opened in Cedar Park. They have everything – Chaparral Ice, a gym, athletic training, dance, taekwondo, sports medicine and physical therapy, eSports, soccer field, a small arcade, pickle ball courts, beach volleyball… and so much more!

But the main attraction (for me, anyway) is Fieldhouse, The Crossover’s sports bar.

The food truck line-up includes Takavron, Wagyu on Wheels, Slab BBQ, and Southside Flying Pizza. Each truck is there on different days, so be sure to check out the Fieldhouse website for everyone’s hours. When we visited, Wagyu on Wheels was there so we got some burgers and fries. The burgers were pretty tasty! They also serve chicken tenders, a chicken sandwich, and a vegetarian black bean burger. Pro tip: Whatever you order, get the side of ranch. It’s home-made and SO delicious.

There are two bars at Fieldhouse, one inside and one outside. The drink menu is pretty robust and definitely has something for everyone. They have cocktails, frozen drinks, wine, select beer on tap and many more in cans and bottles, seltzers, and canned cocktails. While I enjoyed my Rose French 75, I’d say this is probably more of a beer kind of place. The cocktails were fine, but for the price, the pour size felt pretty small. Brian’s old fashioned barely filled a quarter of his rocks glass. Stick with the beer!

Once you do have your drink and food of choice, you can sit at one of their patio tables (with heat lamps), by the bon fires, or inside – Fieldhouse is super spacious! While you eat, you can watch movies on their big screen, sports on their patio tvs, or better yet, watch people play soccer, beach volleyball, or pickle ball! There’s also a kids play area.

Overall, Fieldhouse offers an entertaining outdoor area. Grab some drinks, get some food, and chill outside. With the way things are trending right now, I appreciate the spacious outdoor seating!

Keep an eye out for more outdoor family-friendly events to come from Fieldhouse as well. They just had a Christmas movie night on their big screen – how fun!
