Ice Cream Crawl (the third)

While my brother and I go on an annual #ATXIceCreamCrawl (click the hashtag to see them all) every summer. It’s a really fun thing to do! So fun, that my mom requested I organize an ice cream craw for her birthday! So we went to a few places last weekend.

First, we stopped at Cow Tipping Creamery. This its probably my favorite ice cream place right now. Their soft serve ice cream is delicious. When you mix it with their ‘stackers,’ the final product is pretty ridiculous (-ly awesome). I got chocolate soft serve with their Death by Chocolate stacker. I was also excited to try their bubble waffle cone. It’s basically like a soft waffle folded into a cone to hold your ice cream.

After Cow Tipping Creamery, we went to South First Street and hit Dolce Neve. The gelato at Dolce Neve is pretty incredible. Their flavors are unique and vary from day to day, depending on which batches they make. We had one scoop of coffee and one of pistachio. Another thing I love about Dolce Neve is their space. The little house has succulents everywhere!

Finally, we walked down South First to The Tasty Spoon. This is my new favorite spot! Their gelato is delicious, their coffee is even better, and that makes their affogatos something really incredible!
